We love Returns!

We lied, We don't love returns.
However, we gracefully accept them!
Free Returns: You're welcome to return anything you would like within 2 weeks of receiving it, we promise it will be a hassle free process. We authorize it within 2 weeks, we don't care what's the reason.

Exception: As is items would not be returned without prior authorization.

Restocking fees: 20% restocking fees are charged for items that were opened.

Our Responsibility: If the item arrives defective for any reason, we will waive the restocking fee. Please contact us with any issue.


Q: Where are you shipping your items? Are you shipping from the USA?
A: Most of our items are shipped from Austin, TX, some items are shipped from Seattle, WA. 

Q: How long does it take you to ship the items?
A: Most ites are shipped within 24-48H. About 1% of the items are back ordered and can take longer. The Shipping dates shown on eBay are usually accurate, and most times we deliver much before the deadline shown.

Q: What to do if I received an item that is defective?
A: If you received a defective item (NOT an as is item), regardless of its condition, we will take care of it. Read more about it in the returns tab.

Q: What if I just don't like an item? or I bought it by mistake? Or I found a better price after I bought the item?
A: We charge up to 20% restocking fee for items that are returned for no reason. The fee helps to pay for the return process. The item should be returned in the same way it was shipped. If you opened the item and used it, or if you are missing accessories, higher restocking price up to 50% might be charged.

Q: My listing mentions a warranty (or a limited warranty) for a certain period. what does it cover?
A: It is simpler to say what the warranty does NOT cover, because everything else IS covered by the warranty.

Our warranty does not cover:
1. Damage to the device that is because of customer misuse, or any physical damage caused by the customer (IE customer dropped the device), electricity shortages caused by misconnecting the device to the wrong AC charger, submerging the product with water etc.
2. Any software updates by the manufacturer that render the device less useful, or even useless. we cannot control software updates by the manufacturer, and because of that, we cannot guarantee that the device would work like it used to, having the manufacturer not supporting old software versions. (an example would be a customer that purchased an old iPhone, and wanting its IOS to support current applications) - class based on software issues would NOT be covered.
3. Battery and power issues - battery power issues are NOT covered after 90 days. any claims regarding the battery of the device are limited to 90 days from the date of purchase. 
4. Warranty for accessories - everything attached to the main device sold is considered accessory, and will be covered in full. The warranty term for the accessories is 90 days from the date of purchase.
5. Limited liability for connectivity issues: connectivity issues are usually due to means beyond our control: software, accessories, etc. We will cover all connectivity issues for 90 days from the date of purchase.
